Dr. Marc Allred was born in Salmon, Idaho. His family lived in Utah until he was 8 years old and then moved to Georgia. After several more moves, Dr. Allred started his schooling in Salt Lake City, then transferred to the University of Louisiana to be closer to family. He finished his undergraduate studies there, then moved away again to pursue dental school at the Medical College of Georgia in Augusta in 2006.

After watching his father’s dental career throughout his childhood, Dr. Allred knew he wanted to help people. He enjoys medicine and believes dentistry is a good fit for him. After graduating in 2010, he went into private practice with his father and brother in Griffin, Georgia. Dr. Allred enjoys general dentistry and the variety of treatments he performs each day.
Dr. Allred married his wife in 2001, and they have one daughter and four sons. There aren’t any grandkids yet, but he is looking forward to that in the next few years!
He enjoys spending time with his family, as well as playing golf, tennis, and pickleball. He also enjoys meeting old friends from dental school and traveling.
